Each Lodge has its own air conditioning and heating unit, with a wall mounted temperature control.

Your Lodge is equipped with a gas barbeque on the patio or balcony.
Business Services
Carmel Beach has high speed internet on the entire site, a business centre with two computers and complimentry North American calling via office IP phones, and free fax services.

Check-In/Out
Check-in is 4pm. Check out time is 11:00 a.m. An additional charge will be applied to your account for late check-outs. Late check out requests must be made in advance through the Concierge desk.
Children
Carmel Beach gladly welcomes children; however, we kindly request that children under the age of 16 be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
Concierge
Carmel Beach provides Owners and Guests with the exclusive use of an on-site Resort Manager. The Resort Manager’s desk is located in the Club House and may be dialed directly from your Lodge. The Resort Manager can assist you with reservations, recommendations and more.
Fitness Centre
Carmel Beach has a fitness center located in the Clubhouse. The Fitness Centre may be accessed during Concierge office hours. For safety reasons, children under 12 years of age are not permitted in the Fitness Centre.
Hot Tub
Carmel Beach’s outdoor hot tub is located on the deck, next to the pool. For safety reasons, the hot tub is closed from November to March. The hot tub temperature is 40C (104F). Towels are provided in your suite for hot tub use. Please note that there is no lifeguard on duty at Carmel Beach. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Children under the age of five are not allowed in the hot tub.
Housekeeping
Carmel Beach does not provide complimentary cleaning services during your stay. Your Lodge is equipped with cleaning supplies. Your Lodge is cleaned by Carmel Beach upon departure. Should you require a full clean at anytime during your stay, including new linens, it is available upon request starting from $200.
Internet
All Lodges at Carmel Beach are equipped with complimentary Internet access.
Iron & Ironing Board
All Lodges at Carmel Beach are equipped with an iron and ironing board.
Kitchen
Each Lodge at Carmel Beach features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. Dish soap and dishwasher soap have been provided for your convenience. We kindly ask that you clean all dishes, pots, pans, utensils and glassware you may have used prior to check out. Feel free to leave clean dishes in the dishwasher should it still be running at the time of your check out.
Laundry
A washer and dryer are located in your suite; laundry detergent is available at the Concierge desk. Fees may apply.

Each Lodge comes with a garage. You will be provided with an entry method upon check in. Additional street parking is also available.

For the safety and enjoyment of all owners and guests, Carmel Beach does not allow pets.

Cots
Unfortunately, at this time Carmel Beach is unable to offer rental cots for our guests.
Quiet Times
Carmel Beach is a family resort and we take pride in ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable and relaxing stay. Please respect your fellow guests and observe quiet time from 11:00 p.m. until 8:00 a.m.
Smoking
Carmel Beach is pleased to offer its guests a smoke free environment inside our Lodges. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on common property.
Spa Facilities
Although Carmel Beach does not have spa facilities on property, the concierge can make special arrangements and recommendations with local spas in the area.
